If something isn't working, please include:

• Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version.
• The version of Code Scanner you're using.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The steps that reproduce the problem, if you can repeat it.

A screenshot can help explain a problem. Remove any personal information or private code contents before sending it.

Scanning a code

Use the camera to scan a code, or import a photo from your library. For a clearer scan, keep the whole code in view and try the torch if the lighting is dim.

Finding an earlier scan

Open your scan history to search and filter previous results, view their details, or share them again.
